Biography - Leni Gurin, President, LGA Consultants

Leni Gurin Leni is an ICF-credentialed coach, certified organizational change management consultant, and leadership and team developer, with over 35 years as a business owner and manager, principal organizational effectiveness consultant, trusted advisor, team leader, leader-developer and group facilitator. Leni has supported F500 companies, large and small professional services firms, manufacturers, non-profits, associations, federal and local governments, and small start-ups as a strategic and tactical consultant.

Coaching clients have included C-suite and senior organizational executives, boards of directors, leadership teams, mid-level managers, as well as individual educators, entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, other professional services practitioners and artists. Leni founded LGA Consultants / Leadership Growth in Action in 1987 and Harvest Resources in 2008 and has managed departments of national and international consulting firms.

Leni’s clients include mature and emerging leaders, teams, partners and individual professionals who are navigating disruption, overwhelm and/or key transitions in their lives and careers. In these complex and uncertain times, they’re steering through unprecedented challenges, opportunities, question marks, turning points and sticking points - muscling through while longing for renewal and re-creation. Some are embarking on new or different careers, arenas, life stages after successful careers.
