- Organizational assessments -- applying a variety of assessment instruments to capture and provide feedback on individual, team and organizational styles, strengths, and behavior as a basis for developing and improving effectiveness.
- Group facilitation for leadership teams and boards -- designing and facilitating outcome focused meetings and retreats that produce actionable results, reduce conflict and strengthen on-going collaboration and teamwork.
- Leadership development/training -- defining leadership strategy and providing packaged as well as customized leader and team education, workshops and training in support of that strategy.
- Team building -- Designing and delivering targeted team coaching and development programs and activities in support of organizational effectiveness and leadership development initiatives.
